We prefer to supply all materials ourselves from a reputable wholesaler.
Why? Well, this goes back to our Guarantee and Warranty. If we supply the Labour and Materials and there is a fault with a product within our workmanship guarantee and Product Warranty, we will come back and rectify it for free.
If a customer supplies the materials and a fault occurs during our workmanship guarantee period but is found to be a fault with the product the customer supplied, our time to rectify will be chargeable.
